How It Works

  • Gallery Image
    1.
Assess & Seal – We drill small test holes in the basement floor to check sub-slab airflow and seal any cracks to prevent radon leakage.

    2.
Create Collection Point – A larger hole is bored, and sub-slab material is removed to create an air sump where radon gas is collected before being vented.

    3.
Install Vent System – A PVC pipe system directs radon from the sump to the exterior of the home, with a continuous fan installed outside or in the attic to ensure proper ventilation.

    4.
Power & Safety – The fan is powered from a nearby electrical source, with a dedicated disconnect switch for servicing, ensuring the system runs continuously for effective radon reduction.
